Welcome 2011!
It was a balmy welcome to 2011 with temperatures reaching 12 degrees today! After a late brunch at Nirvana on College it was back to Stratford. Taking advantage of the weather I took a short run. Short, not by choice, but by shin splint! 8K I will finish you....sometime soon even though it seems I've been on Week 9 of the Gateway to 8K forever...
